A Real Miniature Horse
Several years ago, my beautiful cremello mare foaled a darling 17" foal by my main herd sire Scat. He was mal-presented at birth and required me to turn him a quarter turn in order to be born correctly. He aspirated fluid into his lungs and so had to be given penacillin shots twice daily for two weeks.
During this two weeks, he didn't appear to grow like most healthy foals.
As time went on, we realized that Zeus was a genetic dwarf, which is not desirable in Miniatures.
Like most living things that are different, he became very special to me. I had the pleasure of enjoying his funny antics for seven years but then sadly had to let him go.
The following stories are true stories of Zeus special times as told to me by Zeus himself.
If you visit often, you may read more about this special little guy.
